An oversized bill does not have to be paid all at once: we help you split it into sustainable instalments.
How it works
An unexpected balance adjustment, a colder winter than usual or a huge bill after a consumption correction can put any family in difficulty. In many cases you are entitled to pay in instalments, and the supplier is often required to grant them under ARERA's rules. We check whether your bill qualifies, prepare the request and agree with the supplier on an instalment plan that fits your means, making sure there are no interest charges or conditions outside the rules.
