This notice describes how Genesis Solution processes the personal data of users of this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller

Data we process
Through this website we only collect the data that users voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: name, the contact detail provided (phone or email), service of interest and an optional message.
- Newsletter sign-up: email address.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to answer the user's request and provide the advice requested; the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The newsletter email address is processed to send informative communications about offers and news; the legal basis is the data subject's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
Data retention
Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. The newsletter email address is kept until the subscription is cancelled.
Data recipients
Data is neither transferred nor sold to third parties. It can only be accessed by the technical providers hosting the website and its systems (website hosting by Vercel Inc.; management system on the controller's own infrastructure), acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR.
Your rights
Under arts. 15-22 GDPR you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and withdraw any consent given without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights simply write to info@genesissolution.it. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
